Why we exist
Moving country is a project. Almost nobody treats it like one.
The UAE is unusually good at welcoming people and unusually fragmented in how it does it. A formation agent sells you a licence. A broker sells you a flat. A PRO files your visa. An insurance salesperson calls you the week your residency lands. None of them know what the others are doing, and the sequence between them — which is where the delays actually live — belongs to nobody.

We say which number belongs where
The AED 2 million Golden Visa threshold and the rules for a 2-year investor visa get conflated constantly, often by people selling something. Confusing them is the fastest way to lose the trust of anyone who has done their own reading — so we keep them separate, on every page.
We tell you when the answer is no
Sometimes the free zone you've been sold isn't right for your activity. Sometimes buying a property purely to clear a visa threshold is a bad investment that you'll be stuck with for a decade. We'd rather say so and lose the sale.
We don't pretend to be the authority
We are not a visa-issuing authority, a licensed brokerage, a bank or a law firm. We coordinate with the people who are. Anyone who blurs that line is hoping you don't ask.
We put the status where you can see it
The single most common complaint about relocation and formation agents is silence. The portal exists so that the answer to “where are we?” doesn't depend on someone replying to your message.
