Placeholder — review before launch

This page is a structural placeholder. Before the site goes live it should be replaced with a policy reviewed by a UAE-qualified legal adviser, reflecting the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where you handle data of individuals in other jurisdictions, the requirements that apply there — including GDPR for EU and UK residents.

What we collect

Information you give us directly through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, nationality, and the details of your situation and requirements.

Documents you share with us during an engagement, which may include passports, visas, certificates, financial statements and property records.

Basic technical information about your visit, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver the services you engage us for, and make the applications you have asked us to make — which requires sharing your documents, as described under “Who else sees your documents” below.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who else sees your documents

A residency visa, trade licence or registration is filed with a UAE government authority by a party licensed to file it. To make your application we pass the documents that application requires to the licensed partner handling it, and from there to the authority itself. There is no version of this process where your documents stay only with us.

For visa and company formation work this currently means one document-clearing and business-setup partner licensed in Dubai. We will tell you who they are, in writing, before we send them anything of yours.

We send only the documents that particular application needs — not your whole file.

Introductions to estate agents, insurance brokers and similar are different: we pass your contact details only, only for the introduction you asked for, and only with your agreement.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Enquiry and client data is held in our database provider's infrastructure, in the European Union (Frankfurt), with access restricted to authorised staff. Documents shared during an engagement are stored in access-controlled storage linked to your client record.

Copies held by the partner who filed your application, and by the government authority, are subject to their own retention rules and UAE record-keeping requirements. We cannot delete those on your behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to us at the contact address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
