FirstKey Dubai

Property

Property purchase & rental

Whether you are buying a AED 3 million villa or renting a two-bed in Marina, the market is broker-led and the broker is paid by the other side. We introduce you to RERA-licensed brokers we trust, then stay on your side of the table: area analysis, questions worth asking about a building, and an honest view on what a unit is worth holding.

What we do

Included in this service

  • Requirements brief and area shortlisting
  • Introduction to RERA-licensed brokers matched to what you're looking for
  • Coming along to viewings so you have a second opinion in the room
  • Help reading developer, building and service-charge information
  • A careful read of offers, MOUs and contracts before you sign anything
  • Mortgage adviser and conveyancing introductions

FirstKey Dubai is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not carry out brokerage activity. Viewings, negotiation, and the transaction itself are handled by RERA-licensed brokers.

We may receive an introduction fee from a broker. It is never added to what you pay, and it never decides which broker or which property we put in front of you.
